1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and pk65 with respect to your use of the pk65 website, mobile platform, betting services, live casino, slots, and all other products and features accessible via pk65.io.

By registering an account on pk65, completing a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform after these Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is effective immediately upon your first interaction with the platform after account creation.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a pk65 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk65 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any person under the age of 21 found to be using the platform will have their account immediately closed and any funds held in the account will be returned minus any bonuses or winnings generated.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk65 is lawful in your location before registering.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of a third party, a business entity, or a legal structure of any kind are not permitted.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access pk65's betting and casino services, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on pk65. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts except the original verified account will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk65 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device associated with your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

pk65 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested prior to processing a withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified in a verification request will be suspended until documentation is received and approved.

4 Deposits & Payments

pk65 accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment channels. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. pk65 does not impose any processing fee on deposits made via the above methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independent of pk65.

Deposits are credited to your pk65 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment network. In rare cases where a deposit does not reflect within 10 minutes, you should contact pk65 support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

pk65 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. If the deposit source cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, the deposit may be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk65 account may be requested at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

5.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one hour of approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or pending identity verification requirements.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.3 Withdrawal Refusal

pk65 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) the account is under investigation for fraudulent or abusive activity; (b) identity verification has not been completed; (c) the withdrawal relates to funds derived from a third-party deposit; or (d) the withdrawal would violate any applicable law or regulation. pk65 will communicate the reason for any refusal or delay to the account holder promptly.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk65 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and valid once you receive a confirmation message in your account with a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid. pk65 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where live markets are not explicitly offered.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that pk65 publishes odds or prices that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, a pricing error, or human mistake — pk65 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account holder. What constitutes an "obvious error" is determined at the sole discretion of pk65, with reference to the prevailing market prices at the time the bet was placed.

6.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket betting on pk65 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test and ODI fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. The following specific rules apply to cricket markets:

• Match result bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, settlement will follow the official match result.
• In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended by pk65. Bets placed after a wicket falls or after an over completes — but before the market suspension is reflected — will be voided where the delay was caused by a technical issue on the pk65 side.
• Player performance markets (runs, wickets, boundaries) will be settled on official scorecards only.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

All live casino games and RNG slot games are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe). In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, bets in progress may be voided and stakes returned. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds remain in a restricted balance and cannot be withdrawn.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended from the platform.

7.4 Promotion Modification

pk65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the offer, existing wagering requirements will continue to apply to any bonus already credited.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk65 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. pk65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found engaging in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report the activity to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which you have placed a bet.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the pk65 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, branding, software, content, graphics, data, and all other material accessible through the platform — are owned by or licensed to pk65. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence to use pk65's intellectual property outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as a registered user.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit any content from pk65 without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of pk65's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Game content — including slot game graphics, live casino streams, and in-play sports data — remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) and is used by pk65 under licence. 12 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• Incorrect information provided by you during registration or verification that results in delayed or refused withdrawals.
• Any change in law or regulation that affects your ability to use the pk65 platform in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk65's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. pk65's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to pk65 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pk65 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk65 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or malicious code.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by pk65

pk65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You are found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the platform.
• Continued operation of your account would expose pk65 to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.
• You have not logged in to your account for a period of 12 consecutive months (inactive account closure).

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, pk65 may forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, or pending winnings without compensation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — such as inactive account closure — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method.

13.2 Termination by You

You may close your pk65 account at any time by contacting pk65 customer support. Before closing your account, ensure that any pending withdrawals have been processed and that you have received any balance owed. Accounts closed at the user's request with a real-money balance remaining will have that balance returned to the verified payment method on file after standard identity verification is completed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pk65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk65 will notify registered users by email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact pk65 support to request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the pk65 platform after the effective date of any amendment will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
